Mrs. Carroll is a results-oriented and highly versatile Business Executive with 25+ years of consistent success in Laboratory Operations. She prides herself in identifying strategic opportunities, leveraging accounts receivable management and development expertise to drive profits. Alice presented at Laboratory War College in 2001. Prior to joining RCC, Mrs. Carroll was the Director of Laboratory Operations at McKesson Provider Technologies where she built the Laboratory Outsourcing Division from the top down. She has worked for XIFIN™, Specialty Laboratories and other national laboratories. She holds her BS degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern California College.
